Very easy to make (especially if you buy your own pastry - I actually made it which is also pretty straightforward if you have a magimix!) A delicious pudding for a dinner party, particularly during this odd winter/spring weather we are having! The recipe I used was from a cookbook my sister got at the Grange cooking course, but there are plenty similar recipes online, such as
